As a former union employee working amongst non-union employees, I agree with that. Union leaders have a tendency to be unethical, in my opinion, but are voted in, and accountable to the workers. If they abuse their voters, they are dumped. Do companies have a tendency to be unethical? There is no recourse for the workers.
