Hooking up a livestock fence zapper to the wall would be much more effective, and more fun to watch.
Good idea. Sorry, I posted my comment,#23, before reading yours. Actually it would only take a few volts to get the message across. I’m sure some people would be up in arms over the in-humanity of it all.
