What evidence is there to support that?
He’s a very smart man, skilled orator, and undoubtedly the best debater that will be on stage.
But winning hearts and minds? The polls don’t show it.
The polls at this stage in his senate race showed him at 3%. Ask David Dewhurst and Paul Sadler how that turned out.
