Since we are "commodisizing" labor then supply and demand dictates rising salaries for to few Docs and RN's. So the solution is market force, not artificial intervention via immigration which works against home grown labor.
So what is being done to stimulate home grown labor? Why do we have a shortage of doctors and nurses?
