Let’s be realistic, if defunding of Planned Parenthood is going to be accomplished, it won’t be until we have a CONSERVATIVE President with a CONSERVATIVE Congress.
Let’s say both houses vote to defund Planned Parenthood, who has the veto pen now?
And you can be SURE Obama will veto it.
And both houses DO NOT HAVE the necessary 2/3 majority of override the veto.
So, if a President Clinton wins in 2017, it’s the status quo.

Incorrect! The US House of Representatives allocates all money to pay for the budget commitments as specified "in the budget."
The US House of Representatives exercising their constitutionally defined roles and responsibilities can choose what they allocate money for ("write the check") and those that they do not.
The US House of Representatives would EASILY be within their defined duties if they chose to de-fund Planned Murder-An-Unborn-Child."
There wouldn't be a damn' thing the Senate or Obama could do about it either.
So the question is: does Boehner have the testicular fortitude to cut the money off from "Planned Murder-An-Unborn-Child?"
The answer of course is NO, that however does not mean it wouldn't be within the defined duties of the House of Representatives to pull its funding.
And you can be SURE Obama will veto it.
