I think the only confounding issue would be that Planned Parenthood also does HIV and breast mammograms. How can you be called planned parenthood and not also provide ultrasounds to help a mother decide on what to do.
THere is no business for tax payer money to be sending these people money.
It is my understanding that no Planned Parenthood has mammograms devices in their centers. So they can only do manual exams.
