I have no doubt the DOJ will prosecute.
I hope the data is released into the wild before that happens.
I’m not so sure. I follow several ‘white and grey hat hackers’ figbting jihadists online. So far....they haven’t been exposed. Either they ARE gov.....or they cover their tracks well.
Obama's NSA knows who did this, and so the White House knows too.I have no doubt the DOJ will prosecute.
Let's hope so because IMHO it would be a win-win-win scenario for us.
Using NoSuchAgency for anything except national security would be the most egregious and actionable mistake yet. Impeachment and removal, though unlikely with that herd of RINOs, would be entirely correct. Such a mistake would be historically significant and make Nixon look like a piker compared to DingelBarry ( already does ).
I say it's a win-win because it would reinforce the Snowden revelations and further help reign in the spying against domestic Americans, unless these hackers are stupidly crossing international borders.
I say win-win-win because jumping to the end of the story, we know how this agency and (D)ummycrats actually operate. They would attempt to "re-source" the intel, hand off the intelligence to some non-National Security apparatus ( in DoJ no doubt ), committing even more crimes in the process.
Finally, this is the point in any lame-duck administration where whistleblowers start to show up and everyone starts watching what they do because they know there is soon to be an incoming crowd that could be their mortal enemies, and will have access to all the paperwork.
Consequently, I am hoping the DingelBarry crowd goes after them. There is no downside ... for us.
I wonder if this “anti-abortion group” is the NSA.
