A farce? Brady, destroying his cell phone, has given the NFL every reason to believe, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he is guilty. If he was innocent, he would have cooperated with investigators as much as he could. Yes. he is protected by the Fifth Amendment to not incriminate himself but to destroy his phone is very suspicious. The fair haired boy has screwed the pooch!
I believe that he is a cheat, legal balls or not.

"...is very suspicious."

I don't see "is very suspicious" holding up in court.

Maybe Brady crossed the line and maybe he didn't - the back-up (Garopollo) is Ready for Prime-Time, Pat's go 3 - 1 w/o Tom, and Brady takes it out on every DB in the NFL when he gets back.

NFL loses in court and Pats get their 1st-Round draft pick back in compensation.

"...Or How I learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb" - the Brady to Gronk bomb, that is....)

Nonsense. Him destroying his phone doesn’t mean anything regarding deflating footballs. There could have been many other reasons why he didn’t want the NFL to look at his phone (pictures of his wife, hiding an affair, etc..)

The rest of the evidence against Brady is hilariously thin.

Reading about a rumor on MSN and then believing it as fact is beyond stupid.

The whole thing is so moronic, even the Washington Post did a major take down on the lack of facts and evidence in this nonsensical "gate".

I suppose he should have beat his girlfriend or committed some kind of crime, maybe then it would be okay.....

“Yes. he is protected by the Fifth Amendment to not incriminate himself”

That statement is good only in a court of law. The NFL is not a court of law. Therefore, he has no grounds to claim 5th amendment rights. The NFL is, for all practical purposes, a dictatorship, in spite of the players union.
