NEW YORK (AP) Since the beginning of June, Donald Trump has received more coverage on the broadcast network evening newscasts than all of the other candidates for president combined, with his estranged former partners at NBC giving him the most attention.
The statistics offered by Andrew Tyndall, a consultant who studies the content of evening newscasts, is one snapshot of how Trump has seized the media's attention to the detriment of his rivals.
The ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts spent 114 minutes on campaign coverage from the beginning of June through the end of last week, and Trump was the focus of 60 of them. The closest competitor was Jeb Bush with 15 minutes. Tyndall counted five minutes for Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton, although that didn't include stories about her government email while secretary of state.
NBC has devoted 35 minutes to Trump coverage, including his interview with Katy Tur. CBS had 16 minutes,

It’s intentional, trying to squeeze out the other candidates so that this is between Chump and Jeb. I think it’s all collusion, personally.
I don’t think anyone predicted Trump taking the voters by storm so early on, not the least of which is the RNC.
You do realize that 60 minutes was spent trashing Trump relentlessly don’t you?
In light of that, please explain who the media are practicing collusion against.
It was Trump, not the other way around.
None of that 60 minutes was used presenting something the media was praising Trump for doing. You know that.
As it should. I hope he wins.
exactly my point
The media is in collusion to spend their time attacking the clown instead of talking about the other candidates like Cruz and Walker.
Anybody that needs “a study” to know this lives in a cave.
Something feels so different this election cycle. It isn’t the same old, boring, canned speech contest. For the first time in nearly 7 years, there is electricity in the air. Whether Trump wins or not, he sure has added some spunk and excitement to what would be an otherwise boring line up of candidates. Do I believe he would build that fence and give the Vets priority? Yes, I do. He loves his reputation too much to squander away campaign promises He wants to be liked - for the most part - and at least we know he loves America. He isn’t the most informed on issues, but, he has people to gring him up to speed on those things. He has touched on the issues that, we, the voters really care about, and thus, he continues to rise in the polls. I like Cruz too, and possibly Walker. As, I’ve said and will continue to say - I’m still on the fence as far as a #1 candidate. Mark said last year, that we need to select our candidate long before the convention, and get a jump on the race. For too long, it has been a long, drawn, out process. America s sick and needs a doctor.
That's for sure! Followed by no-surname Jeb!
LOL.
Who would benefit most from Trump being destroyed politically?

Who is the media really helping then with this onslaught of negativism regarding Trump?
You are focused on them not getting coverage, but then they are left standing. Trump won’t be if they are successful.
Ask yourself this, if the media and the Left were so happy to have a Leftist lead our efforts, why are they trying to take Trump down?
What is so appealing about Cruz and Walker to the Leftist destroyers of Trump?
Have they ever done Conservatism a favor before?
Are they now?
I’m not convinced of that. It’s something I think folks should think about.
Walker is not going to compete in FL.
This hurts his viability.
They know exactly what they are doing. Turning this into the Trump-Jeb primary and excluding conservatives is the point.
Keeps them from having to report on their Planned Parenthood comrades.
You may be right on target. This early, I’m not sure what the best strategy is. I think you have to weight your funds and do what seem best.
Traditionally I’d have to say a no-show doesn’t help. Florida is a lot of delegates to just ignore.
Would you like to see Trump bow out now?
Trump has something to say. Most of the others have something to hide.

He may be bombastic and brash, but calling him a clown is a bit over the top. Trump is boldly saying a lot of things that need to be said, challenging a lot of people who need to be challenged, and defending the principles that made this country great. You may disagree with his style and outspoken views but he is giving life to some very serious issues that are facing this country. The GOP has swept a lot of these issues under the rug for far too long.
Not just yet.
good one+
