james badge dale was also one of the featured actors in The Pacific miniseries. i have no idea what his politics are, and The Pacific was certainly not as good as Band of Brothers, but i still give any of the actors from either miniseries the benefit of the doubt when it comes to actually having respect for our armed forces. i don't think he'd be doing the film if it was a 'RAT propaganda piece that was going to scapegoat those soldiers.
