Unfortunately, the anti-discrimination and public accommodation laws will ultimately end the Boy Scouts.
Even Trail Life, the specifically church-based, Christian-oriented alternative, and its sister organization, American Heritage Girls, may wind up losing to these laws in the future, as well.
