I'm nervous about this prosecutor. The game is to over charge so that their LE buddies skate.

This isn't murder 1. It may be voluntary manslaughter.

This is nowhere near as bad as that psycho cop standing on the hood pumping round after round into an unarmed couple who fled. That guy skated. And Tamir Rice was worse too.

I just hope this isn't a big show to calm everyone down, then he throws the case. And yes, I'm paranoid.

They'll call it what they want, but the suspect victim was immediate killed over a simple traffic infraction stop.

Not only did one cop suspect lie, but his cop accomplice/co-conspirator flat out lied on both their reports.

I’m worried about the reverse: today’s presenters were SO condemning & critical of the cop, so over the top about it, that methinks they’re trying to satisfying the mob by sacrificing the cop - guilt/innocence be d@mmed.

It’s one thing to say “yeah, looks like this cop over-reacted and improperly shot a suspect over a furtive movement”, it’s another to say “seems he woke up that morning and decided to kill someone” (exact wording escapes me).

This case IS being thrown, with no consideration of what non-thrown outcome might be.
