Or was it an ACLU situation where they demanded it due to Freedom of Information Laws. If it is this volatile, it is foolhardy to display it.
I think someone filed a lawsuit for the release of the video within a day of the shooting.
Dammed if they do, dammed if they don’t. Live white cop, dead black cop, #BlackLivesMatter, never mind who’s killing a black baby every 3 minutes, release the video so everyone at least had the opportunity to make an informed decision about the incident (you can lead a horde to knowledge but you can’t make them think).
Bad as it may be, the video may vindicate the cop.
Not that it matters to those paid & transported to riot.
