Congress does have authority over interstate commerce and Major League Baseball is clearly an example of interstate commerce.
It is the most conservative of places anywhere in CA.

I thought I read where the Center for Medical Progress’s site was hacked and the videos stolen.
I’m sure that’s how any future releases would occur.

Progressives are only for free speech when they control speech, as they did for most of the period from 1930 to 1988.
Once it became clear that they had some small amount of competition in speech, they started crying out for government control of that speech.
