This is legitimate investigative journalism IMHO, and the courts seem incredibly partisan. If Watergate were to have occurred today, and involved a Democrat president, the information would probably be suppressed and Woodward and Bernstein chastised for the way they went about getting information.

On the other hand, Obama’s campaign for the Senate obtains sealed court records about Jack Ryan's divorce - but there are no consequences, and Ryan winds up having to withdraw.
