Just curious why a UK news outlet, the Daily Mail, seems to break so many stories that our own media doesn’t even report.

Their journalists do not have Social Security numbers with corresponding IRS archive entries, and Her Majesty's Government is not interested in preventing their reporting on the idiocies of the other half of the special relationship.

They don’t. They’re just picked up from US media. A lot of times it’s easier to post from a source outside the US to dodge copyright questions.

Also, a lot of FReepers avoid American sources like Yahoo News, CNN, NY Times, Google News, reddit and HuffPo because of the relentless leftist slant.

Brits still go for sensationalism over PC.
