The one thing that stood out to me in Cruz’s 12 minute opening statement was how many times he said the name Obama and the phrase “abuse of power” in the same sentence. The press just played the Nixon references, but I thought the other was pretty significant. Abuse of power is an impeachable offense but of course they have run out of time to impeach. If a Republican gets in there and abuses his power just a tiny fraction of BO’s, he will be out of there, impeached, gone with Republicans joining the dems to do it.
Cruz is very smart. He can run rings around a stand alone obama
or anyone else.
