Why are they not in Jail? Well, for starters, Boehner’s Chief Policy advisor, Charlotte Spears Ivanic, has direct ties to the baby parts company,Stem Express. This company, exposed in the Planned Parenthood videos, is owned by Cate Spears Dyer, Ms. Ivanic’s sister.
