I prefer paying someone to round up the employers and prosecuting the hell out of them. Confiscate everything
they own and lock them up for 30 years. That’s the real
problem, the wetbacks are just the symptom.
Eishenhower sort of did that. They went after the employers first.
Same can easily be done today. No FEIN, no way to conduct business since you then can’t pay the required taxes under the 940/941 laws.
