I'm speechless why this man is not behind bars.

that’s the end of our Constitutional Republic and the actual beginning of a dictatorship.

He has been outside the law from the minute he usurped the office. Our Constitutional Republic ceased on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when we swore in as President an ineligible man.
He has done as he pleased irrespective of the law.

What are our options for removal of a clearly traitorous president when Congress refuses to do so?

From TheBlaze:

Following a White House meeting, Rep. Brad Sherman (D-Calif.) seemingly suggested this week that President Barack Obama might be prepared to go “beyond what’s allowed by law” to push through the Iran nuclear deal.

The Hill reported Wednesday that Sherman said Obama appeared ready to ignore Congress if members don’t sign off on the deal. The comments came after the president invited top Democrats to the White House to give them a personal presentation on the Iran deal.

“The main meat of what he said is, ‘If Congress overrides my veto, you do not get a U.S. foreign policy that reflects that vote. What you get is you pass this law and I, as president, will do everything possible to go in the other direction,’” Sherman said, according to The Hill.

“He’s with the deal — he’s not with Congress,” the California congressman added. “At least to the fullest extent allowed by law, and possibly beyond what’s allowed by law.”

According to The Hill, Sherman suggested Obama may just refuse to enforce the law.

Sherman, who has appeared skeptical of the deal, previously grilled Secretary of State John Kerry about whether the administration would follow the “law” if Congress moved to override a veto to block the deal.

Lots of "IF's" "may's" and speculation in there.

Why he’s just supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States. /s

What would possibly make us think an illegal immigrant would pay attention to our laws?

Agreed.

Congress should vote it down for two reasons, even if it is a good treaty.

First and foremost and an absolute reason, is that it has secret agreements attached that are to be kept secret not only from the public but from Congress. Which means that congressional committees who are charged with watching over national security as well as other serious national interests will by necessity be kept from knowing the contents of those agreements.

That alone is reason enough for Congress to kill it and to be ruthless about it.

The second reason for doing so is the statement that he cares not what Congress does, he will make the treaty law regardless.

obummer needs to be put in is place as a part of our government, not our government alone.

If Congress does not slap him down over this, our government as we have known it for all of our lives, will cease to exist and we will be governed by one man. Whether that man is good or evil is a serious matter that no one in Congress is willing to tackle.

Regardless of that, our government was not to be and is not to be a one man government and nothing but tradgedy will result if we end up with one man government.

Why shouldn’t he? There would be absolutely no consequences to him for doing so. Boner and McConnell have promised him that.

This president has gone rogue and we must reign him in – legally and physically if need be.

The author needs to learn English.

Congress should vote it down but this is one time the Dept. of Defense should step in and remove this president. He threatens the republic. The Iranians already have what they need to wipe out Israel. The ICBM’s they’re working on now are for us!
