You’re absolutely correct. This is why conservatives in Baltimore County need to elect a pro-2nd Amendment, Constitutional sheriff.
The sheriff has investigative powers to take down the fascist mayor. That office also has the legal and armed muscle to arrest the thieving bureaucrats infesting the county.
Most people don’t know that an elected sheriff is sovereign and can’t be controlled by the city, state or federal government.
