They start breeding at 12 or 13 and have produced an entire litter, usually by different men, by the time they're 25. All supported on our dime, mind you. Having seen no productive working individuals around, they are the very ones to wander the halls of schools instead of attending classes or doing any W-O-R-K, instead impregnating as many laughing vacant-eyed girls as they can. And the resulting offspring will be raised in the feral ghetto manner, being slapped and ignored as infants and toddlers so as to inure them to a lack of empathy for other humans, thus producing the subhumans who could attack innocent people of any color just for fun, because they want their shoes, because they looked at them the wrong way, fill in the blank.
