Seriously, why does every candidate for president in most peoples minds have to be a politician? A governor or senator? How is Ted Cruz qualified? He is brilliant but so is Carson. Let him make his case to the American people. He’ll never get the nomination but that doesn’t mean he can’t try. According to the US Constitution, he is qualified.
