Sorry, I don’t agree that if Palin had been at the top of the ticket, Obama would have lost. We had 8 years of Bush, and as cycles go - the country was ready for a Demoncrat. McCain had his one and only lead in the polls after she was on the ticket, then they muzzled her. Maybe I’m wrong, and I guess we’ll never know.

“Trump knows he is not welcome in the GOP.”

It is so truly wonderful that the sick little elitist turds in the GOP have a man playing in ‘their’ sand box that they can’t manipulate!

“She will never play second fiddle in an election again. She wins when she’s in control.”

Actually, as I see it, she won’t play fiddle anywhere ever again, and that comes from someone who originally saw her as a rising star. For openers, after McLame Effed her, she should have repudiated the old bastard. She also should have remained to the end of her term as governor (and I don’t buy the excuse that she was unable to defend herself). I think she’s done as a national figure, she didn’t need to be, but she did it to herself. If she has this gigantic national “following,” why isn’t she running right now? And FWIW, Fiorina would eat her lunch in a debate! As for “she wins when she’s in control,” just what the hell has she won? A mayor’s race and the governorship in a very small state with the last elected post happening almost ten years ago. She has seemingly good values, but no fire.

Yep - he this election’s Ross Perot.

He’s donated big bucks to the dems over the years - and supported Hitlery in the past.

They got a deal - and the Sheeple are swallowing it.

Heck - it worked to get Bill in -

How does he define “fairly”?

Not like Palin and Cruz have been treated.

In Trump’s case, my guess is: treat him equally, do not undercut him, do not favor any other candidates (e.g., let the GOPe candidates sink or swim on their own). The party establishment might diss Cruz, but they dare not diss Trump.

“With all due reluctance...Told ya.”

Seems reasonable to me. He has a cause, Border Security. If the Republican Party continues to REFUSE TO ADDRESS IT, he will take his case directly to the country, around them.

I, for one, will be VERY HAPPY to finally have a person to vote for in November that is NOT Open Borders...and I don’t care what party he runs on.

The two party facade gave us McCain and Romney.

There is only one party in D.C..

It is a republicrat oligarchy.

People forget that Perot ran to stop NAFTA. He was absolutely right! “That giant sucking sound is jobs leaving America!”

We had a large trade surplus with Mexico before NAFTA passed. Now we have a large deficit.

Many trade deals later, 94,0000 American citizens are out of jobs. Insourcing, outsourcing, manufacturing and technology leaving the USA. Our negative deficit with each of these deals has destroyed our nation, yet Perot gets the blame GHWB’s loss.

The GOP better wise up.

They aren’t the “stupid party” for no reason.

GHW Bush gave us Clinton by showing his true liberal colors. If Trump goes 3rd party the GOPE will lose and lose badly and it is all on the GOPE. If they trot out Little Jebbie or his clone I will vote Trump 3rd party without batting an eye.

How does the VP attack the Presidential candidate during the race? Are you kidding? McCain had staffers secretly sabotaging her during the campaign. How exactly would you defend against this? Read her book from after the campaign to find out how angry she was about this.

Who has Palin Helped?
27 Victories for Palin Backed Candidates in 2010
15 in 2014 including Ted Cruz
Her PAC has and is contributing millions to TEA Party candidates.

She’s not running this year because right now she has other things happening in her life. She has a family first, not as a prop for campaigning. She told Levin what she was doing. If she’s so yesterday, why is Trump considering her serious material for a cabinet post? Why do all conservative pundits want her opinion? She’s not gonna back any one yet because she has too many right now that she likes. Cruz, Trump, Walker Fiorina.

She’s won every election in which she’s been THE candidate, including unseating a long term good ol’ boy Governor on the largest (land) and richest state in the US.
How many elections had Obozo won before running for President? How about Hillary? How many elections has Trump won?

Seemingly good values?!? and No Fire?!?
What does it take for a candidate to get you excited? Walk on water? Shoot fire balls out of their arse?
Also her values are as sound as any of the 17 running, and better than all but 4.

Like it or not Sarah Palin is going to be a force in Conservative politics for years to come. She lives rent free in Liberal’s heads, and for some unknown reason you seem to be buying their narrative.

She has had several opportunities to deal with her treatment at the hands of McLame and his people and has chosen not to do so. Cruz or Trump would have had McLame’s balls nailed over their mantles.

“Who has Palin helped?”

Your comments are speculative. I’m happy for anything she does in the furtherance of conservative politics, but I don’t see her as a significant force today.

I realize that you are an ardent supporter, so it makes little sense to me to debate you over her potential and prospects. We will both find out sooner or later if she is going to ever be a player again. I was sorry to see her go the way that she did. It just didn’t show me that she has the level of intensity to be formidable. The other thing is that neither of us knows what she’s going to do, so to try and get inside her head and “discern” what she’s thinking is a waste of time.
