The ‘hood rats can talk all the smack they want from the safety of their welfare hatcheries; there is a reason they have their rallies and riots in safe slums where they have their own to restrain the cops/private citizens. If anything, the last few years (and accompanying riots) have only demonstrated their impotence and failure; they are behind foreigners washing ashore with little education and no command of the English language.
