TCU should move its campus to CA. It certainly does not honor Texas to take our First Amendment right of freedom of speech from its students. Shame on you, TCU!

Harry Vincent, on the off chance that you're reading this, get ahold of FIRE asap and sue, sue, sue.

Folks who want to push back against the cultural marxists in academe might want to support FIRE. They're pretty effective when they can weigh in.

TCU...come on, don’t make me write you off. Kid should drop. Take his expensive tuition elsewhere

Who is paying whom here? The kid is paying for his education (and boy is he getting one), and TCU is his employee in that regard, not the other way around. I’d be willing to bet TCU has policies in place that allow for minority students to speak out against whites, or GLBT against straights, with no repercussions. I’d tell them to pound sand and await contact from my attorney.

TCU is a private school and as such they are not bound by the First Amendment.

???

You give up your Constitutional rights when you enroll in a private school? They take federal loan money, right?

Its high time that the Justice Department come down on college campuses and start arresting people for violating basic civil rights.

TCU is known more for the amount of campus rapes and drug use than anything else so they go after a Conservative Christian for his political views. Got it.

TCU just received a hefty grant from the NEH (National Endowment for the Humanities) for one of their professors and his oral history project of ‘Black and Brown Civil Rights’ in Texas. I think he’s a believer of “white privilege”.

I suspect most native Texans can’t afford TCU. Probably has a lot of affirmative action and dreamer types who don’t have to pay their way.

Austin and several other urban areas in Texas are oasises of liberalism in an otherwise Conservative state. The liberals are like festering pimples on our ass. We pop them but they just keep coming. The doctor has prescribed conservatism and we are treating the condition by keeping Texas red.

Foat Wuth is an exception, pretty much still conservative despite TCU. Too many old cowboys and vaqueros and other throwbacks to the conservative heritage of a bygone era I guess.

And yes, they used to shoot animals in the stockyards and eat them in the steakhouses. Not lions but loins.
