A hatchet, well how will the media explain that one..BAN HATCHETS..for the children!!
I always wondered what an INactive shooter looks like.
I envision cops driving down the street, seeing him, and continuing on, saying “oh, that one’s not active”.
Yep, gun free zone for sure.
Carrying one backpack into a theater is suspicious, let alone two. Who needs a backpack for a movie? Why do they allow that?
Can only link to the local liberal newspaper, but it says policy tweeted shooter is dead.
Suspect may have left a backpack inside the theater that police are checking.
Extra police patrols have reportedly been assigned at Bellevue 8 movie theater across town.
Local businesses in immediate area on lock down.

When I go to the movie theater(During the day) sometimes I see people walking in with backpacks, no one even bothers to look(Normally the ones wearing the backpacks are young people) I get it if they just came from school and want to check out a movie, but otherwise yeah I would think its strange(Unless they are sneaking in snacks, heck I used to do that)

It’s getting irritating how these things are now “active shooters”. The last “active shooter” was a bank robbery. But bank robbery doesn’t let people wring their hands about all our crazy people with guns.

Shooter had “sandy hair”; this is an early report though for whatever that means, early 30s.
