He actually considers Stewart an excellent source of news and can't believe I don't listen to him or Colbert when he had his show.My brother used to send me Stewart youtube clips of his show to try and make political points...
I emailed him back explaining Stewart is an entertainment show for people too lazy to actually watch or read news...

My dad was in the Coast Guard during WW II, and was about to start “Landing Craft” school when the war ended.
He probably would have ferried troops from offshore ships to the beach of Japan during a conventional invasion of Japan. A position with a high mortality rate.

I'll have to remember that one. However, the last conversation I had with my bro got pretty contentious. I threw a lot of facts at him, and he just scoffed. I'm afraid he's a lost cause.
