Trump likes single care healthcare still. Oops. At least he sounds like he does.

Listen to Trump’s long interview with the Chicago Tribune where he explains his free enterprise healthcare plan.

In a perfect world maybe a single-payer system would work.
One thing and that is the Republican Party itself has wanted a Single-Payer system for a long time. Check out the Heritage Foundation that came up with a plan for one years ago.

He said it was an idea for it's time, but the time has passed. Now he wants a private system without state boundaries. State boundaries artificially limit competition, he said.

Trump said he wants to open up state lines and have many bidders and make healthcare private. He said single payer would not work in the U.S. and he also would work deals with hospitals for the people who cannot pay according to an interview with “Morning Joe” on MSNBC a few days agao.
