Yep, Newt seemed to do this VERY well in the last election...

He should follow Newt’s example...

blood coming out of her wherever”

Really?

Trump jumped the Shark. He says what needs to be said and then he says something to detract from it. This is his modus operendi. Pretty soon he will say he will have someone killed?

Doctor Ben Carson at the next debate should schedule a ground breaking operation with trump ....to remove his ass from his brain.

My thoughts on Trump-
He is a JERK, but he is funny.
He is a showman.
He is a narcissist, (but so is Obama).

He IS coming across as a whiny brat with the Twitter jabs.
He could have handled that entire exchange and aftermath so much better.

When Meghan Kelly made the comment about him making ugly comments about women in the past, he should have said something like this-

“I did have a very public feud with Rosie O, which SHE started and I probably made those comments and more. I am known for standing up for myself and not staying silent whenever someone insults me whether they are male or female.”

Whenever MK reminded him of a comment he made to a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice, he should have said, “Well, that was a TV SHOW! Some of it is reality, and a LOT of it is scripted. We say and do outlandish things to try to get viewers and generate buzz.” Then he should have followed that with his comments about political correctness, which I LOVED.

He should have made one or two Twitter comments afterward along the lines of “Great show tonight” “I look forward to the next one and hope I will be asked about the REAL ISSUES facing this country!”

I am on the fence about him though. Knowing that he has donated to the Clintons in the past and is/was a DEMOCRAT makes me think we are being set up. Either the dems have the ultimate “wolf in sheep’s clothing,” ensuring that a dem will be the next POTUS, even if he is on the Republican ticket, or we are being set up for a Perot-type scenario.

I don’t trust him...yet.

I agree. He became very childish with his Twitter comments afterward. He should have made ONE Twitter comment, kept it classy, and moved on. He sounded like a bitter high school student after a school debate.

“Wah! The teacher didn’t like me. She picked on me. My questions were UNFAIRRRRRRRRR! WAHHHH!”

Trump is a multi-billionaire. Surely he can behave better than that!

“Not sure I get your meaning.”

I mean, like many of us, Trump can be kind of a jerk sometimes, but his style sure beats “I didn’t inhale”, or “I didn’t have sex with that woman “. Actually, his style is downright refreshing compared to not only Hillary, who is about as spontaneous as a trained cockroach, but all his Republican opponents who are looking so very rehearsed.

Fox News screwed up the questions. There could have been some real gasoline thrown on the fire. We missed a lot of Hillary and Obama bashing questions. Next Debate we need to let loose the LIONS!

Funny thing about FOX, Bill O came out of this unscathed.

Ted Baxter is so scathed it's pathetic. Hard to go downhill from where he's at.

I don’t take it for granted that Fox News hosts want to get the questions right from the point of view of those who yearn to elect a Republican president. Fox hosts, like other elite media conservatives, surely realize they get higher ratings and sell more books when grassroots conservatives—their consumer base—are angry and discontent due to a Democrat holding the White House. Note that I’m not alleging a conspiracy, but rather the possibility of a widespread mindset or mass psychology within Media Conservatism Inc. that realizes that having a Democrat president better serves their bottom line, with the natural consequence that much of Media Conservatism Inc. ill serves the cause of electing a Republican president.

I am wondering if the E's and Media will ever get it? Just how long do they intend to keep this up? Just when do they realize that TRUMP will possibly be the next President and they will have to face him at that time.....good luck media......he will never forget all the kindness you showed/s.

Guess you won't be invited to the ball after all. lol

Sorry don’t agree. Fox could have staged a meaningful debate last night and asked the important questions but from the git go it was gotcha tabloid journalism.

The moderators were totally unprofessional and wasted an opportunity to take the high road.

All three were more interested in finding a way to trash and ambush Donald Trump than asking questions that those of us in the audience wanted to know.

All last night’s debate did was create a backlash and in reality helped Trump more than it did to hurt him.

Again, I agree with your analysis.

I've gained a FReak stalker calling me a liberal and demanding to be pinged on my posts for doing nothing more than stating what you've posted.

My response to this intolerant post to Rona_Badger as included below started the FReak taking an extreme personal interest in me and spewing the most vile comments (see my thread history) and calling me a liberal for agreeing with what you’ve been posting, and demanding to be pinged on my comments, so the FReak is being pinged here.

“He was disgraceful in his treatment of a conservative lady. It’s stunning to see such behavior justified and even defended. Shame on you. “

Sadly, I can’t get used to the new FR, with lots of leftist FReaks repeating everything they heard on ABCCBSCNNNBCFOX/AP last night as though they thought of it themselves, and disparaging anyone with a different view.

Shame on YOU!

That made me feel slightly better, but of course, you know best for us all.

“That guy” is me, and I’m not one. Exactly what are you going to do to “handle” me?

You can let me know in detail, internet warrior, because I’m not the easily intimidated type.

Here’s the simple story: the head case you’re talking to discussed me behind my back. I called him on it and told him to courtesy ping me per FR rules. Said headcase went on a screaming rant and is now pinging me out of spite to irrelevant posts. Poor thing just can’t seem to let it go.

Now you can accept that explanation or not. I don’t give a crap. But I think you know exactly what you can do with your gasbaggery about “handling me with great aplomb.”

Still LMFAO @ the FReak, who can’t handle anyone rationally discussing Donald Trump.

If you really want to get involved, please read my posting history to get a real understanding of the intolerant hater.

I am not under any illusions about Donald Trump, but he did start talking about issues that needed to be put into the public discourse.

The Republican Party has lied repeatedly about what they would do if they got control of the Congress. Since 2010 I have voted for and supported those candidates that made the promises to either stop Obama or at least slow him down and none of that has happened. So why continue to support the party if it's promises mean nothing.

Both political parties are corrupt to the core and we have been transformed into a Crony Socialist/Capitalist state bordering on becoming Fascist.

Small business, the engine of growth and innovation is slowly becoming extinct because of over regulation, taxes, and Obamacare. Without that we can not create jobs and real wealth.

Big business does none of those things.

Now Donald Trump, whether you like him or hate him, has tapped into all the Anger and is upending the whole process, which in my opinion is a good thing. I have no idea whether Trump would be a good President or a bad one, but compared to what we have had almost the last 30 years he could not be any worse.

There are millions of people out there, me included, who will not vote for another person named Bush. As for the rest of the candidates I will reserve opinion on them right now. Although none of them do much for me at this point.

So consider yourself handled.
