So you've got nothing much, since at least one undercover biker cop, having infiltrated one of the clubs, was seen as a sort of right-hand man to one of the guys who allegedly was a loudmouth who played a role in instigating the violence. Until that is cleared up, why not just assume he's as guilty as sin too? You do so for everyone else, indiscriminately.
Did little 'ol red boots egg it on, and encourage the hard talk and hard-ass attitudes that helped cause what other bikes have characterized as an event that Cossacks were invited to attend, to peacefully enough --- was the signaled intent --- address the issue of the ongoing hard feelings between Bandidos, and Cossacks motorcycle club memberships, going by anecdotal account of about the same caliber as your use of a "a biker said cops saved lives", turn into open commission of violence?

He's the guy that you "have no position on", although you DO have a position (they are all guilty as hell) for each and every OTHER person who was in the least involved --- which definition of involved has been by default, defined as; being member of a motorcycle club (it not mattering to you one iota, which club) and then in addition to that --- those persons are all guilty (as far as you have been concerned) just by any of those individuals having being physically present at that location, on that day.
Your standards of evidence, and judgement too, have been examined and found wanting.

How many people of those who were shot and injured, or else shot and killed, did mr. red boots shoot?

How many people did other LEO shoot and injure, and shoot and kill dead -- and what were the precise circumstances? You don't know --- bUt all the LEO's are totally innocent? According to you --- fully justified in having shot whomever they shot.
You assume innocence for mr. red boots? If so -- why? On what grounds? He was a biker wasn't he? He was there. He was standing right next to a loudmouth who got himself killed dead.

Extremely unlikely that any arrested are innocent of everything and if guilty of nothing else, being stupid as a cat turd for ‘hangin out, walking on the wildside’ with criminal bike gangers. Its like playing with fire, its fun, but eventually you are going to get burned.
I don’t know any, ANY!, solid patriotic law abiding citizens, including a lot of motorcycle riders, that ever intentionally and knowingly associate with known criminals. Not one!

Only some of the phones were returned. OTOH, they had plenty of time to 'share' any photos or videos before they were arrested.
