The female co-chair of Donald Trump's Iowa campaign is firing back against criticism that the real estate tycoon's comments about Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly were sexist and inappropriate.
-snip-
Tana Goertz, Trump's Iowa co-chair, said she did not interpret the comment in the same way critics have, and was not offended. "I've always been treated with dignity and respect," she said.
"I am a woman. I experience that every month. And it never crossed my mind. So I think people are just looking at pinpointing him as sexist and all these other things," Goertz said.
I mean, we fought to have equal rights, right? So it's fair game," Goertz said. "If a woman attacks Mr. Trump, he's going to attack back. Megyn is no exception."

Dear Tana—I’d love to help. I can write some mean lines
Everything is fair game, obviously. There are no rules. The question is, did the thing you did make you more popular, or less popular. That’s politics.
In this case, I believe opinion polls will start to reveal that they are decreasing their degree of amusement at the Trump show.
It’s been good for the GOP so far. No way do 24 million people watch that “debate” if he’s not on it.
Little botox Megyn isn’t taking it real well that a womanizer is handing it to her.
It’s all fair game to go after her IMO also.
Sick, sick, SICK of paralyzing PC-ness.
I miss offensive jokes.
Megyn Kelly injected herself into the election campaign. She is fair game.
Poor Megyn is just a wittle girl.
Donald is so mean to me mommy!
He treats me like a boy and I don’t like it.
In context, I think Trump was saying that he could see the intense hate toward him in Kelly’s eyes, but after he added the second statement about blood, he realized there was no other location that made sense, so he simply threw away the word ‘wherever’.
I don’t think the meaning that the GOPe and other progressives have tried to put in his mouth was what he intended, or even thought of at the moment.
IMO.
—I mean, we fought to have equal rights, right? So it’s fair game,” Goertz said. “If a woman attacks Mr. Trump, he’s going to attack back. Megyn is no exception.”—
Well said and absolutely right on Ms. Goertz.
I personally have a tremendous amount of respect for your kind and frankly would not dream of treating you without the dignity you obviously deserve.
It’s the hypocritical crybabies like Kelly, Rosie O’Donnell and her kind that need to learn from Ms. Goertz.
Not only that...let me be a warning about the MORE LIBERAL “mods’ on the next debates. Like that fat toad “i ate a lot of “ Candy Crowley.

Love to see a split screen of Megyn preening and prancing to the camera before the debate, pointing finger. So cocky. Then whining after Trump refused to bow to Queen Megyn. She’s such a fraud.
Amen.
We want to be equal, but MORE equal
Watching a GOPe ‘bot get all worked up and angry at ol’ misogynist Trump here yesterday for daring to insult a “conservative lady” was both hilarious and pathetic.
Nails it.
Highly paid commentators that make their careers from being the center of an infotainment show generally don’t have the ability to set that Schtick aside and be a debate moderator.
A good moderator is invisible and hard to recall.
