US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro took it Monday to the airwaves, in interviews to Israel’s Army Radio and Reshet Bet, suggesting that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should try a different approach than simply objecting to President Obama’s deal with Iran.
According to Shaprio, Netanyahu should accept the deal as a fait accompli and begin planning for the day after. Such measures would includes discussions over strengthening security relations to cope with Hezbollah’s rearming and defense measure that would protect Israel from Iranian missile threats.
“So far, the prime minister is not prepared to hold talks,” he told Army Radio. “I think that the time has come. Why wait? I think he will decide to do it. We will need to work together to deal with the threats from Iran. We can begin to prepare for the day after.”
“We offered the prime minister to open diplomatic talks on how we can increase our security cooperation to deal with outcome of the Iranian deal, to discuss what intelligence information we need, to come to an agreement regarding military assistance that may be needed in the next ten years, how can we stop weapons transfers to Hezbollah, what are the military needs of Israel against falling rockets. We can have these conversations all while we disagree on the Iran deal,” said the ambassador. “Until now the prime minister hasn’t agreed to have these conversations. I believe the time has come.”
He also emphasized that while the administration is open to Israelis’ concerns, the debate over the deal should not be about derailing the deal. “[Obama] wants the debate, the discussion, the dialogue to be based on the facts of the agreement. More cooperation with an Obama US is just setting Israel up for more betrayal and likely leaking of intelligence information to Iran and its proxies. The US is now an enemy state of Israel.
The House will reject it outright and the real mystery is whether the Senate can get 60 votes to nix the deal.
The President would veto, knowing he couldn't get 68 votes to override.
So 0bama will own it all. History will point to ONE man for this travesty.
After the way obuma and his administration has treated Israel I wouldn’t give them the time of day...
And if this Iran deal goes thru, and there is any damage on Israel from Iran, I would hope Israel would wipe out Iran...
Israel does not need to discuss the day after. Besides, they have plans, but they are classified.
The day after is likely to be an EMP attack over Teheran.

It should be noted that there are significant aspects and documents that have been withheld from Congress, and even some agreements between the IAEA and Iran that have been withheld from Secretary of State John Kerry.
How on earth can you have a " debate, discussion or dialogue " when you don't have all the terms of the agreement.
So the US administration has made an agreement which it hasn't seen in full. The administration may be fools but the Prime Minister is certainly not.

The administration acknowledges they've made a deal that strengthens Hizbollah. The administration commits the US to defend the Iranian nuclear program. And now expects Israel to disclose their plans in confronting the threat the admdinistration has created.
This “deal” is nothing less than treason.
“The Day After” may be closer to the mark than we’d think.
