Not buying it. Where’s Cruz. Nobody is picking Bush and yet he is right up there in this poll.
They really hate Cruz and Trump.

I'm not certain the word “hate” is appropriate. Perhaps replacing hate with “fear” might be appropriate though.
Trump and Cruz say what their supports want to hear, its just that Trump does it in a loud boisterous way and what Cruz has to say the media keeps covered or out of the news.
