1. If the information was marked classified, who removed the original markings? If the information was not marked, who handled the information and didn't properly mark it? Either way, for information this sensitive, someone has committed a serious crime.

2. Who transferred this information outside its original, closed environment to an open network? That is also a serious crime.

3. Even if the information is not properly marked, mishandling classified information is a serious offense. The highly sensitive nature of this information increases the seriousness.

If it were Hillary Smith, she'd be in jail waiting for a court date.
