Per comments on Fox News last night, all of the State Dept. People implicated have lawyered-up, and not with some DC ambulances chasers either. You don’t do that unless you are expecting to be charged with a crime.

Read the actual weasel words in her statement to the judge: “While I do not know what information may be ‘responsive’ for purposes of this law suit, I have directed that all my e-mails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or potentially were federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done.”
“I do not know” (I am confused by the question so my answers may be vague)
“may be responsive for the purposes of this lawsuit” (I am not sure what you are asking so I may conflate the facts}
“my emails on clintonemail.com” (Huma’s aren’t included, neither are my alias’s)
“I have directed” (no personal responsibility so if it isn’t there, it must be my staff’s fault)
“in my custody” (stuff I already destroyed or gave someone else is not included)
“were or potentially were” (depends on what the meaning of the word ‘were’ was)
“federal records” (stuff I wrote to non-federal people doesn’t count)
“on information and belief” (I may have forgotten a few things, I can’t be sure)

I she knew she is a criminal. If she didn’t she’s incompetent. Take your pick, either way she is unqualified to be President of the United States. The GOP needs to beat this like a drum. Make her choose; ask again and again:

As far back as 7/26/13, US Sen Charles Grassley (R-Iowa)has been pressing the State Department to answer questions over Abedin’s lucrative govt job arrangement. Grassley wrote in a June 13 letter:
“It appears that Teneo Strategies may have been compensating Ms. Abedin for gathering information from government sources for the purpose of informing investment decisions of her consulting clients - or in other words, political intelligence. This raises important questions about whether Abedin’s dual role was adequately disclosed to government officials who may have provided her information without realizing that she was being paid by private investors to gather information.”
Sen Grassley’s letter recounted:

<><> In the investigation of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s activities at Orgy Island, L/E uncovered Bill Clinton and Doug Band listed w/ 21 phone nos and email addresses——L/E recognizes as the MO for tax evasion and money laundering schemes.
<><> one email exchange involved Teneo’s Doug Band pressuring Abedin to encourage her State Department boss, Hillary Clinton, to facilitate a White House appointment for one of his clients. Judith Rodin, then-president of the Rockefeller Foundation, “donated hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation,” Mr. Band allegedly noted in his email to Ms. Abedin.

A six-month investigation indicated the Clintons diverted tens millions of dollars that they solicited for specific Foundation charitable purposes were diverted to the personal enrichment of themselves and their close associates.
THIS IS CONSIDERED MAIL FRAUD Raising money for a specific cause that was diverted elsewhere is considered mail fraud.

Now under FBI scrutiny, Colorado's Platte River Networks handled the Clintons' email accounts. It’s been confirmed by (1) the US inte community, and, (2) the office of the State Dept IG, that classified information was transmitted through Hillary’s private email account...and that Hillary deleted 1000's of emails prior to turning some over to the State Dept for record-keeping (as US law requires).
(A) It is possible that Platte River Networks may have copies of Hillary's deleted emails.....but presumably the outfit does not have ntl security clearance. (B) Hillary's lawyer is said to be in possession of a thumb drive of her govt emails.....but Kendall does not have national security clearance.
AMERICANS NEED TO KNOW ASAP who was allowed to see the data in Platte River Network and Kendall's possession?

All ntl security material belongs to the American people and is to be turned over upon termination of employment.
