This e-mail story just keeps getting worse for Hillary Clinton

Where does the story go from here? Clinton hopes nowhere. But, keep an eye on the following:

1. Does the State Department turn over more of the 30,000 Clinton work-related e-mails to the intelligence community's inspector general? So far, he has reviewed just 40 of Clinton's e-mails and found that four contained classified information. That's 10 percent.

2. How many more -- if any -- e-mails show that Clinton was sending or receiving classified information via her e-mail server? And, was any of that information classified at the time she received or sent it? Did she know? If not, why not?

3. Will any of the more than 31,000 e-mails that were deleted off of the server after being determined to be private and personal be recovered? According to an expert on e-mail recovery that our own Philip Bump talked to this spring, there is a 90 to 95 percent chance those deleted e-mails could be recovered "if no other steps were taken to go in and otherwise make the data inaccessible." That last part we don't know yet -- were any other steps taken to ensure the e-mails could not be recovered -- but presumably we will get some answers once the Justice Department begins to look at the server. The bigger question is whether there are legal reasons to try to recover the the 31,000 deleted e-mails. If those are recovered and examined, it's hard to imagine this story doesn't go from bad to worse for Clinton.

In his book, "The Rich and Super Rich," Ferdinand Lundberg observes that when L/E goes after criminals, it signals that the protection payoff wasn't big enough to keep the law at bay.

Looks like Obama's been reading the sordid Clinton Chronicles WRT the billions they're pulling in. Obama apparently feels he got shortchanged.

As an incentive to drop out of the 2008 primary, Hillary got State. She ran it like a shadow govt.... w/ Billsy hovering over the server, taking notes WRT buck-raking opportunities available from Secy Hillary's actions OR inaction.

Secy Hillary never e-v-e-r uttered a discouraging word e-v-e-r......as the Clinton Foundation sucked up hundred of millions of foreign dollars from shady characters.

The avaricious Clintons devised hundreds of obscure programs to collect billions.....bragging about do-goodism, how the money was supposedly dispersed to "assist" endless charitable projects.

The Clintons deposit Obama's cut into his two "foundations" (two that we know of). Living the cushy life--getting rich on other people's misfortune.

Yep. Cleared personnel are responsible for knowing that information is classified, whether or not it's properly marked. There are possibly several people to be charged if just one classified email is found on a clear server:

1. The person who either (1) didn't mark classified information, or (2) deleted the marking.

2. The person who transferred the classified information (marked or not) outside the secure area.

3. The person who transmitted the classified information to an uncleared email address.

4. The person who received the classified information on a clear network and did not notify a security officer.

These are all very serious crimes. Hillary Smith would be in jail awaiting indictment. Hillary Clinton will walk. What does this do to both national security, and to the morale of those who are responsible for classified information?

If we find out that the Russian FSB, Chinese Ministry of State Security, or any hacker collective helped themselves to the contents of that private email server, Hillary Clinton's campaign is over. And you know what? The emails already discovered prove she broke the law by transmitting/storing sensitive information on a unsecured private email acct. as well as obstruction/lying. Furthermore, aides w/o security clearances having access to this sensitive info is a crime.

Hillary is in a whole heap of trouble. We know it, the IG knows it, congress knows it...and Hillary knows it.
