Hillary Clinton is in trouble. Or more accurately put, she should be in trouble — very big trouble, in fact. The latest from the Department of Justice is that, yes, they have seized Hillary Clinton’s private e-mail server and an accompanying thumb drive. The FBI has reportedly confiscated copies of the same e-mails from Hillary’s lawyer because it deemed the information contained in them too sensitive for him to keep.
While attempting to defend the indefensible, a Clinton spokesman said that this merely shows that the former secretary of state is cooperating with a “security inquiry.” That pathetic spin was meant to prevent the American people from recognizing there is not just smoke but fire to the Hillary e-mail scandal.
Too late. Already, the flames are visible. The most damning revelation about Hillary’s e-mails from the last 24 hours is not the details of the investigation into her homebrew server. What’s making headlines across the political spectrum is that some of the material she sent via her personal server was so sensitive that it was designated “Top Secret.”
This is a jaw-slaps-the-table moment. Even for those of us who hold a very low opinion of Mrs. Clinton’s character, integrity, and judgment, this is a graver offense than many had contemplated. Merely the storage of “Top Secret” e-mails – never mind their dissemination over open channels to some individuals likely not cleared to read them — is a federal felony. On top of that, it is unthinkable that Hillary could have sent such sensitive information and not known at the time that it was sensitive.

I also predict that some of her security faux pas (as opposed to intentionally selling influence through the foundation and speeches) will be shown to be as deleterious as those breaches intentionally caused by Eddie Snowden. She will get a jail sentence for influence peddling and a lesser punishment for security breaches - both of which will be commuted by Zippy.
Just imagine a Ted Cruz campaign ad, or in a debate with Hillary, calling her out on this criminality.
I do believe this is why the names of Biden, Kerry and even algore ... are being floated as a Plan B.

My former boss advised us of that when we first started using email about 13 years ago. He told us to never press send unless is was something you would not mind your boss, mom or lawyer reading. He was especially concerned with sexual harassment lawsuits.
She will be above the law until a chain of events occurs.
Civil unrest leads to martial law and CWII. This nation started with a gun grab, and that is the last hope of any rule of law or justice in America.
Nuremburg II will see a much larger disposal of trash than the first time around.

Obama isn’t personally behind it because he’s an idiot and a tool. But Jarrett, Soros and whomever else is behind the curtain may be.
The Clintons are greedy for money, lots of money. Obama is greedy for power, or at least the trappings and facade of power, the prestige, perks and freebies. He is, in his tiny mind, an African dictator doing what African dictators do. Obama couldn’t care less about Hillary as long as his gravy train continues to roll, but he is also the perfect tool for the people behind the scenes to use to advance their agendas, so his gravy train must be preserved as long as it works for them.
Hillary has to be torpedoed for she and Bill are gadflies, and the Arkansas syndicate must be stripped of any power that is sapping the desires of Jarrett, et.al. If Hillary doesn’t go quietly, I foresee the possibility of some tragic accidents or some very depressed people down Arkansas way.
Don’t give Obama too much credit for he is a non-entity, a nothing, merely a sounding board for the puppet-masters. But he is also a useful non-entity that must be preserved in power into the future if at all possible. Plan B will not be nearly as comfortable for the country.
Hillary’s cankles are too big to fail...
If Biden announces he’ll run (supposed to be news about that this weekend), it will give the Rat elite someone to rally behind. That will hasten Shrillary’s demise. Rat grassroots like Bernie, but the elite know that an avowed socialist is not electable.
Biden’s arm is being twisted so hard now, it’s about to break.
Hillary will bow out “gracefully” in exchange for a pardon.
And if "they" are looking for a non-entity puppet Plan B replacement putz ... look no further ...
The bottom line is that Hillary was operating a shadow SoS office not in the interests of the country but for the purpose of self enrichment while jeopardizing the security of this nation which in my estimation borders of treason!
Sadly, I predict she will “get a free ride”. It’s the result of the deep corruption in our nation. Thankfully, I know that God is in control and even now is at work on His divine plan.
She just might be. In one of her statements a while back, she said her server was secure because the Secret Service was guarding her house.
I am wondering if Obama is positioning for what comes next.
He saw the Clintons raking it in, and he wants the scam to himself after 1/20/17.
So he is taking out the competition.
Welllll.... Judging from past experiences, I'd say: YES!
Yet it’s reported in other articles that Clinton herself is “not a target” of investigation.
Ah, well. As they say in Red Square — remains to be seen.
