To: Former Proud Canadian

Durango is a bit on the democrat side, along with the Navajo and northern New Mexico. One of the reasons is the environmentalist vote. We should be screaming from the mountaintops that the EPA did this.

Interesting. Durango was fighting the EPA. Durango did not want Superfund status.

The Navajos will get a zillion dollars out of a high-study area, too. And lawyers to sue the mining companies, too. It will bring a lot of money to the res. Hope this geologist goes public and stays there. This was a chilling letter.
