if you see any of those acronyms there, you know it is classified and not merely an unclassified document. unclassified documents declare they are. one cannot make classified documents unclasified by just putting an unclas tag enveloping the existing document.

Nor can you take classified material, copy paste without the classification tag, and forward as if there is nothing to worry about.

In addition, in certain environments you are responsible for everything you see, hear, read, experience, etc., as assumed to be classified until officially informed otherwise.
