President Reagan was a middling student (a C student, but back when a C would be the equivalent of a B today) at a third tier college. It was not a reflection on either his intelligence nor his ability.
Reagan might have been a C student. I know he graduated from tiny Eureka College, but he got a degree in economics and understood the fundamentals of economics. Reagan knew the laws of supply and demand. I cannot think of one person in the 0bama administration who understands economics, other than the type of economics taught at the University of Havana. How else can you explain 0bamacare?
