I think Obama would prefer Hitlery because he knows she would do more damage to the country.
The Obamas and the Clintons hate each other. Obama could give her cover from these investigations right now if he wanted to. And the Clintons would be just as aloof towards him if he’s under investigation after he leaves office.
But Joe is nothing if not loyal.
