1. Only to verifiable unbiased Universities.
2. Only well established citizens. 10+ years as a citizen.
3. Only upon passing with a GPA average of 3.5 and obtaining a degree in a classic scientific field I.E physics, chemistry, math, Biology and an engineering discipline.
Those are excellent plans. I wonder if ridding colleges of the social “science” departments would be enough to improve the theoretical sciences, because at the moment too many Leftist crackpots (such as Stephen Hawkings, Jerry Coyne, Richard Dawkins, Eric Schecter, and PZ Myers) hold tenured positions in those fields. (I mentioned some UK professors, but those professors are cited favorably by too many American universities.) Applied sciences should be perfectly fine, since Leftists can never justify their proposed real-world applications.
