Republican members of the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology wrote to Environmental Protection Agency administrator Gina McCarthy and called her testimony at a hearing in July “false and misleading.”
On July 9, McCarthy testified to the House Committee on the transparency of the EPA’s regulatory agenda. Members of the committee asked McCarthy about the “secret science” that goes in to justifying EPA regulations because they want to ensure the data is available to the American people.

Science is inherently not secret. You have to provide your data in order to be published/taken seriously. Of course, what the EPA does is not “science”, much as alchemy wasn’t science, either.

Her testimony was about as believable as her pathetic apology that she’s “deeply sorry” for the Colorado mine spill.

The firs act of the next President should be to completely abolish all Federal Agency rulemaking from the Zero Administration years.
Everyone in the EPA deserves the death penalty for deliberately sabotaging the environment, collusion with the terrorist Soetoro regime, favoritism towards heavy Democratic donors who excessively pollute (i.e. Solyndra), attempting to sabotage the American economy via restrictions/sabotage on/against oil and fracking, etc.
Then impeach her, strip her of her salary and position and prosecute her for lying under oath. Otherwise, leave and let real leaders take over.
Those in congress subscribe to the concept of 'doublethink'! Lies that are from yesterday are behind us and should be forgotten. Read 1984 to understand. It is where we are.
