No, he isn't. His mother was too young. More specifically, she was too young to have lived the requisite time in the U.S. after her 14th birthday. Obama did not receive U.S. citizenship from his mother. Obama (if he is the son of the Kenyan Obama) was a British Subject at birth. There is NO evidence that Obama was born on U.S. soil.

Matters little, anyway. When mom married Soetero (sp?) and they all moved to Indonesia. That country did not allow dual citizenship, so US citizenship was given up. ....That’s why Obama’s school records are sealed; they show he was a foreign student.
