Yes, Leaning Right, that's an excellent point. Doctors have been sued for "failure to immunize." Here's a list of lawsuits (PDF file):

So, yeah, I don't blame doctors for recommending vaccinations. They could be sued if they don't.

Anybody can be sued for anything.

Little chance of anyone prevailing against a doctor on immunization.
