Yes, it is. A couple of FReepers predicted that the helicopter rides would go on...to the dismay of GOPe *leaders* and pundits.
GOP had nothing to do with it. Iowa State Fairgrounds space is contracted out years in advance. A few small spaces are held open for last minute favors, but large helicopter space? No way. The Iowa State Fair is a really big deal in Iowa. Not much like it except the Minnesota State Fair.
Should be good for a few percentage points. :)
