Meh. She should never have gone there in the first place. If you want to go into the lion’s den, you’d better be Daniel, or you’re going to get mauled. And if you want to be a do-gooding social justice warrior, there are plenty of places here for that sort of thing. She really wanted to go to Syria because she had a boyfriend there. And look at what happened. Sad.
Now that I read more about her and her Lefty Leanings, it makes sense. Play with fire, you get burned, and being ignorant doesn’t make you fireproof.
