Well, he had plenty of talent. But Pro football is a very competitive business. He was very good in college. Very good doesn’t cut it in the NFL.

He never should have been a draft pick, but he was good enough to give it a shot as a free agent. He should have kept his mouth shut and given it his best shot.

Anyone who thinks he would have been the first gay in the NFL probably thinks there were no gay guys in the Army.

But when you profession relies on pure talent, what you do with your private parts should have no bearing on your success.
