What does “legally cast a ballot if the election were held tomorrow” mean?
Surely they’re not suggesting that huge numbers of Trump supporters are illegal or under 18.
If it just means that they’re not eligible to vote, there’s plenty of time for them to register.

Yes. Even in telephone surveys, it’s likely that many respondents claim to be eligible to vote, to be Republican voters, etc. Some of those who own the survey companies are foreigners or continue to have foreign minds. Such surveys are becoming damaging to our nation. They are pushing us toward socialism with candidates who lie about their intentions and have records favoring socialism.
When you see headlines such as this you realize how DESPERATE they are getting.
